Astanga Vinyasa Yoga is an ancient system of yoga centred around breathing and postures. With regular practice you are able to develop strength and flexibility in both body and mind. You will have increased vitality, be more focused and have greater clarity. You will come to value the time you spend doing your yoga and enjoy the qualities it brings to your life.
Any description of Astanga Vinyasa Yoga will seem inadequate when compared to the experience of the practice, therefore we hope to “see you on the mat”.
